Shipping Information

1. Current Status

Jupyter is currently accepting $50 refundable deposits to reserve Launch Edition units. No products have shipped yet, and no shipping charges have been applied to any reservation.

When we are ready to ship, we will publish a complete shipping policy covering costs, carriers, delivery estimates, and regional availability. All reservation holders will be notified by email before any additional charges are applied.

2. What We Know So Far

• We intend to ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union
• Shipping costs will be calculated based on destination and will be clearly shown before you pay
• All shipments will include tracking
• We expect to begin shipping in Q3 2026, but this is subject to manufacturing and certification timelines

3. Customs and Import Duties

Import duties and taxes vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. We will provide as much clarity as we can on this before shipping begins, but import charges (if any) are typically the responsibility of the recipient.
