Refund Policy

Summary

1. Deposit Refunds

Your $50 reservation deposit is refundable on request until manufacturing commences (expected Q3 2026). You can request a refund at any time before that date, for any reason, no questions asked.

After manufacturing commences, your deposit converts to full credit toward your final purchase price. It is not refundable after that point, as we use these funds to secure your unit in the production run.

Simple and fair Changed your mind? No problem. Request a refund through your reservation account or email us. We will process it promptly.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log into your reservation account and select "Cancel Reservation", or
  2. Email us at orders@jupyter.com.au with your reservation ID or phone number

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund (typically 3-5 business days).

3. If Jupyter Cancels Your Reservation

If we cancel your reservation for any reason (for example, if we are unable to fulfil your order), you will receive a full refund of your deposit. We will notify you by email and process the refund automatically.

4. Product Returns

Jupyter products have not shipped yet. A full product return and warranty policy will be published before products are dispatched. All reservation holders will be notified of the complete terms before any balance payment is collected.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
